Leyland St Mary's Technology College organised an INSET day, gathering staff from the High School and all their feeder primaries for a day out with a difference. A trip to Liverpool saw everyone gather in the Cathedral for a day considering Collective Worship. Workshops offering a chance to experience a range of styles of prayer were supported by conversations about improving provision for collective worship. Resources were considered and structures developed. After Mass in the Crypt and a fine meal we made our way home. A day which offered a chance for personal reflection and professional development was a real success. Well done everyone who was involved.
